Celebrate with Cake!

I'm Lesley, "LJ Loves to Bake" and I love baking! I create cakes for all occasions - birthdays, weddings, engagements, anniversaries - you name it, I'll bake it!

I'm based in the beautiful village of Eaglesham, just south of Glasgow, where I discovered baking aged 16 working in the local tearoom. Fast forward a few years to the Covid pandemic, and like many people, I baked to relieve lockdown boredom. Baking for neighbours turned into baking and selling cakes locally, and since then I have been creating all kinds of cakes and sweet treats.
